We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide users with advance notice. The services we rely on to run this website are:

• Shopify. Hosts this website and processes orders and payments for apparel and merchandise.
• Klaviyo. Receives your email address, and your first name and state where you provide them, when you join our list, check whether we are in your state, or submit the retailer form. Klaviyo sends our email on our behalf.
• Google Maps. Powers the store locator. Loading the map shares your IP address with Google, and your approximate location only if you choose “use my location”.
• Shopify analytics. Measures aggregate traffic so we can see which pages people use. It does not run on our internal or staff pages.
• Instagram. The feed on our homepage is embedded from Instagram and loads content from their servers.

Cookies

We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart, understand and save your preferences for future visits, and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

Two we set directly are worth naming. When you confirm you are 21 or older, we store that answer for 30 days so you are not asked on every page. When you add something to your cart, we store an identifier for that cart so it is still there when you come back. Clearing your browser cookies removes both.
